Sanctuary Home Designs by Amy Zern was founded by Amy Zern who has been an interior designer on the North Shore for over 18 years working on commercial, hospitality, and residential projects. Her largest project on the North Shore was Westmoreland Country Club renovation in 2014. She has worked with several high profile clientele in Chicago and notable builders. Amy Zern graduated from Design Architecture and Planning (DAAP) from the University of Cincinnati in Interior Design. She then attended Xavier University to receive her Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and Masters in Hospital and Health Administration (MHA).

Amy holds her real estate license with @ Properties Christie’s International Real Estate in Winnetka and Levitan Realty in Naples, Florida. Levitan is a boutique-style firm that has been in business for over 25 years with a strong reputation with the golf communities. She is a long time resident of the North Shore having lived in Kenilworth, Winnetka, and Wilmette. She now resides in Quail West, Naples, Florida with her husband and three children. Amy’s extensive knowledge of the differences among the North Shore villages and Naples, Florida ensures you can find not only the right home but community that best meets your needs. She is a member of the North Shore Barrington Associates of Realtors, NABOR, and the American Society of Interior Design (ASID).
